I had an urgent need for my own money, but Binance decided to lock my funds without any warning or good explanation. They blamed some “T+1 crypto withdrawal limit” policy, but I did NOTHING suspicious or wrong. What makes it worse is that when I reached out for help, their support just sent generic replies and did not solve my problem at all. I felt completely ignored and helpless.How can anyone trust this app with their assets if withdrawals are blocked for no reason and support won’t help when it really matters? If you value access to your money and responsive customer service, I strongly recommend avoiding Binance.
E-mail gets an automatic response and NO ACTION. When this saga is eventually resolved, I will close the account for ever. I’m actually thinking of getting my lawyer involved if this is not resolved in one week.

It could have been better for the fees charged. The features are lacking in contrast with other exchanges, and the yields promised in existing products are usually much less than on other exchanges. My SEPA deposits are limited to a ridiculous low amount (EUR 100).Communicated with their extremely poor Customer Service for over a month.They were unable to resolve the issue. They liquidate your funds instantly with shifting prices …. They are very cruel and know how to wipe out account for their own Dealing Desk Pand LBinance dealers are given a Profit and Loss to mae daily for their staff commissions so when your liquidated sooner than you think you know why .. And now were going public with it.

Completely unresponsive and unhelpful. In general I am happy with the service, it is just bothering that it does not support reading my BTC wallet’s QR code. Binance has diversified popular services and very trusted to me. Transaction is super fast and trustworthy. For crypto wallet this is my first choice.
No Customer service at all

I contacted the support team they said we haven’t received any transaction on your ETH address. I provided them payment screenshot but still have not received any response or solutions. Locked Out of My Money for No Reason!
A fraudulent company sets up and then changes the prices as if nothing happened. They told me that it was because of the decrease in value there, but the value will not decrease. The chart was modified by them, and then my money was stolen by them. I will not put money again in this fraudulent company.
- When I went to withdraw funds they tell me I am « not verified. » No apparent way to verify and ZERO response from the support group on how to verify.
- Then when the guy got in, he was slow as hell.
- Been waiting for a week for customer service to reply.

This is the worst exchange in the world. I sent my USDT (5 figures) in Polygon format from my Ledger just to convert to ERC-20 and send out. Their online chat has been unresponsive for 24.
If you’re thinking about trusting this company, don’t. They clearly don’t care once they have your money. Not your keys not your wallet, this goes for any exchange but Binance really has no right to even exist, this « company » is shady and is registered in the Seychelles, that’s right. An offshore company that doesn’t pay taxes and has their own rules which they interpret as they please. They requested confidential information about transactions which I refused to provide binance review trustpilot and subsequently my account was suspended and closed.
I checked your Exchange for staking ONT tokens and it said 19.6% APY. The hurdle i needed to go over was the 24 days bonding period and then I found out that the rewards period is set to monthly. So as I am waiting for the process to finally begin giving rewards, the APY rate on you site changed to 4.6%.
