Privacy policy

This page explains what information is collected on this site, how it is used and what your rights are.

What this site collects, and what it does not

Only with your consent is your visit measured with Google Analytics, loaded by Google Tag Manager, and the effect of our ads with the Meta pixel. Until you accept in the “Cookies” banner, nothing is measured. What these tools record and how to change your mind are described in the Cookie Policy.

Apart from that measurement, the site collects nothing while you simply browse.

The only information we receive is what you send us yourself by filling in one of the site’s two forms: the one on the Contact us page and the appointment request.

The information in the forms

When you fill in a form, we receive only the fields you completed:

  • your first and last name;
  • your phone number;
  • your email address;
  • how you prefer to be contacted (phone or email);
  • the message or the reason for your request, as you wrote it.

Do not write medical information in the forms

The forms on this site are for getting in touch, not for sending a health record. They are not a secure channel for health information, and a notice to that effect appears under every message field.

If your request concerns your clinical situation, call the clinic and we will discuss it directly.

What the information is used for

One thing only: replying to you. A member of the team uses your contact details to follow up on your request or to arrange an appointment.

It is not used to send you advertising, it is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone other than the providers named below, who act on our behalf.

Where the information is kept

Your request is sent to Krealo Media’s customer relationship tool, which records it so the team can follow up.

The site’s data is hosted on servers located in Canada, in the Montréal region. That choice is deliberate: it keeps your information from leaving the country without need.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to handle your request and the follow-up that comes from it. A request that leads nowhere is not kept indefinitely.

You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your rights

Québec’s Law 25 gives you the right to know what information we hold about you, to obtain a copy of it, to have it corrected if it is inaccurate, to ask for its deletion, and to withdraw your consent.

To exercise any of these rights, write or call us using the contact details at the bottom of this page. We will reply within the timeframes set by law.

Person responsible for the protection of personal information

The person responsible within the clinic can be reached at the contact details below. If their answer does not satisfy you, you may contact Québec’s Commission d’accès à l’information.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to the data is restricted to the people who need it to answer your request. No system is infallible; if an incident affected your information, we would inform you as the law requires.

Changes

If our practices change, this page will be updated and the revision date shown at the top will change with it. A significant change would be brought to your attention by more than an edit to this page.
