- Tell us which times suit you best. The clinic is open until 8 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, which helps when the days are full.
- If you are changing clinics, say so: recent X-rays can often be transferred, which saves having them redone.
- For pain, a broken tooth or swelling, call rather than write.
